1. Software License Agreement

By downloading and using Stock Manager Pro, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This software is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license.

2. License Grant

Stock Manager Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on devices you own or control. Each license is valid for one user account and can be activated on multiple devices owned by the same user.

3. Payment & Subscription

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway. Subscription plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.

4. Cloud Storage & Data

Cloud backup features are provided "as-is" with a reasonable effort to maintain availability. We are not responsible for data loss due to server failures, though we maintain regular backups. You are responsible for maintaining local backups of your critical data.

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) rent, lease, or lend the software; (c) use the software for any illegal purpose; (d) share your license key with others; (e) remove any proprietary notices from the software.

6. Updates & Support

Free updates are provided for the duration of your active subscription. Email support is provided during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM IST, Monday to Friday). We strive to respond within 24-48 hours.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL STOCK MANAGER PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect minimal personal information (email, name) for account management. Your business data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. Cloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
